The Tax Practice offers tax planning and preparation services, and advises clients on all tax mitigation issues. Tax representation and consultation services are provided on behalf of clients selected for audit by federal and state taxing agencies. We represent non-filers and clients subject to garnishments, levies, and liens.

Since 1992 our firm has successfully prepared income, estate, and gift tax returns for individuals, small businesses, estates and trusts. Harris W. Willner, EA possesses the knowledge and experience to represent taxpayers in all tax matters – including non-filers, innocent or injured spouses, and lifestyle audits before the Examination and Appeals Division of Internal Revenue.
